Long acting advice please

After many years on lantus opticet I've been changed to levemir and am absolutley exhausted?I could sleep the clock round.All I want is a long acting insulin that works well and doesn't make you feel like ****.
Also are there any supplements that doctors can prescribe to give energy?

Have you tried a non analogue basal?
