Whats the longest amount of time you've ever been without eating? just curious, i do four injections a day and the longest i can recall not eatig is a day an a half.
Hi, Due to the work I do I often don't get a lunch or tea break and often inject at 7.30am and have breakfast and don't get to eat or inject again until 15.30pm - so roughly 8 hours. I do test at least once during the 8 hours to ensure that I am not too high or low to work.
