Looking for 30days recipe

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has diabetes recipe (easy way) for 30 days ? As I am busy with my schedule and couldn't prepare meal for my parent, hope can get a simple way to cook then is easier for maid to prepare it.
I have seach online and it's look like many of recommendation and I not sure which one is suitable, kindly advice if you know. :D

Are you low carbing?

If so have a look through the low carb section and sit and write yourself a 7 day menu to start.

It is going to need a little planning but you will reap the rewards
