This went on for 37 years but 3 years ago I was finally diagnosed with on underactive thyroid and a combination of Low carb full fat eating and thyroid meds has meant that I have finally managed to lose weight safely - about 21/2 stone so far. This went on for 37 years but 3 years ago I was finally diagnosed with on underactive thyroid and a combination of Low carb full fat eating and thyroid meds has meant that I have finally managed to lose weight safely - about 21/2 stone so far.
