So, I had A1C of 10-13 for around 10 years.

Recently got it down, can anyone estimate how much damage I've done, and is it permanent?

Retinopathy with a maccular edema, Pains/tingles in feet/fingers, proteins in urine, and ringing in ears (yet to go to docs about this though)

is this **** permanent or can your body heal itself if giving the right nutrition and sugar levels over a few years span?

Your asking for the impossible @Samsquamch by asking members how much damage is done, but certainly good bg can help matters and even reverse symptoms so its worth monitoring your bg levels closely, but just be mindful about not tightening up your diabetes control too quick when you have diabetic retinopathy as this can often make matters worse, if in doubt speak with your Consultant or Ophthalmologist.
