I also found myself in your situation after I lost all my excess weight. I just could not stop losing and was in danger of becoming scrawny. It was hard work, harder even than losing the weight in the first place. I had to go back to basics with my food diary, and use my bathroom scales alongside my meter to guide me, recording everything. What I did may not help you at all because you are eating a lot more in the way of carbohydrate and fruit than I do. I had no intention of increasing carbs to maintain my weight, in fact I decided to reduce the carbs even more because I consider blood sugar levels to be far more important. So all I was left with was to increase fats and protein bit by bit until I found the right balance ...... and that took quite a long time. I never have snacked, so it wasn't an option to suddenly start. Once I found the balance my weight stabilised and I have maintained it at that level for 4 years.
