I'm Type 2 but not on any meds. (Diagnosed June 2017). I attended the X Pert course Nov/De last year and SW was discussed. My wife tends to follow SW even when she is not "on it. she did follow it religoulsy for 18 months and lost a good bit (3 stone) I think it is a good diet - lots of fruit/veg etc - for non diabetics.
The instructor advsied that SW is a good diet but not really for T2's due to the level of carbs that they eat - pasta, rice, potaotes ad other starchy veg.
