Don't think I have miss and appointment because of a hypo, have been in meetings and been hypo, that can be interesting.
As for bad hypo's yeah a tale to tell.
I work as a Software Tester, its and involved job and has a fair degree technical knowledge to with it, (as a side note I hate all software and I hate PC's), people skills and of course dead lines to hit which is all part and parcel of software development.
Having said all that I really do love my job.
There was a time when I would defend testing to the last line, things would really annoy me, if some one criticised with out being constructive then there would be a fight.
Then one night I had a dream and woke up in the morning feeling like I had been hit by a train, said to MrsKnikki,
"Wow I hd a really strange dream last night and dreamt that a couple of blokes in boiler suits were at the end of the bed, wanting to know about the heating"
The reply was "They were paramedics, you had a really bad hypo last night and was scared out my mind so ended up calling them"
Well that was shock to say the least as I did not remember any of it and from the following conversation it was BAD.
The upshot of all this?
I chilled out, I mean I really chilled out, decide that work was just not worth the hassle or getting wound up about, life was more important and while the job paid the bills, if you don't like it jack it in and get another one.
In fact it was such a change that few weeks later the Dev manger asked if I was OK, now noticing that things just did not phase me and more and simply did not get wound up by anything.
Still like that now and while not "seen the light" like
@kitedoc things in life are certainly more chilled and better
