Low and taking ages to rise

Has anyone else had a low and you have stuffed alsorts into you //// taken the reading again to find it still low then an hour later gone high

Yes! It’s like you can’t get enough food in your body when your hypo, and then once your feeling better... you shoot up high! Nightmare!

Yes, that happens, its really hard not to "shovel" sometimes. We all know the science, but on those occasions its so hard not to.

That was me yesterday. Felt awful so overdid the haribos in the morning and then paid for it later...
