In 2002 I was told I was prediabetic so I had gastric bypass and lost weight. Pretty soon after I started having diabetic symptoms but my A1c and fasting sugar was normal so I was told I'm normal. A few months ago things started getting worse. My blood sugar wasn't crazy high but every day it was getting higher with less food and staying high for longer. So the doctor stated me with metformin and it brought my sugar down but I was still getting dehydrated/low blood pressure after eating very little. So he added galvus and I don't like it. Before I would get rapid heartbeat/heartburn when I needed to stop eating now that happens an hour after eating. So I have to stop eating when I'm still hungry or I eat too much. So my sugar levels are real good but I get low blood pressure and dehydrated from eating. I know eating g a lot of carbs will do that but in my case I get low blood pressure from very small meals. So what should I do? Chanting my diet won't help because I've tried and it happens after taking 2 bites of food. What would be a good course in terms of medication? I am losing a lot of weight because I can't eat enough calories to maintain my weight without getting sick.
