Low blood pressure

Hello I am 39 and living with type 2 fir 2 years now I recently lost 12 kgs of body weight and now experiencing low blood pressure 60 by 80 I take metforim and lexapro heart was checked and everything is normal except blood pressure what can cause this can anyone help regards Shafi
