Low Blood Sugar Level?

Does anybody else experience the symptoms of low low blood sugars when there numbers drop to 5 or below. I get tired, irritated, hungry and dizzy. Which go away after taking glucose.
My bloods tend fluctuate between 14 and 2.5.
I eat fairly healthy, exercise.
I am lost for answers and as my alc is always around 6, doc says all OK.
Any advice welcomed.

I take slow release networking and Empagliflozin ,nortriptaline. I as have blood pressure and pain, migraine meds for over 26 years.
