I just did my sugars as i have the shakes and headache thought i would see where my sugars were and found them at 4.4 which is reall low for me. Im not good at eating have a big problem with food know what I need to do but cant make myself eat.
1) could the other night been low blood sugars ?

2) should I take my medication with bloods this low (for me anyway ) this evening due to take them in 1/ 2 an hour?
hope some one can help me thank you
