Low blood sugar.

then it is far too low.. eat something at once fruit or fruit juice or sweets .. !!! and try never to get lower than 100 mg/dl untill you are much more experienced

What kind of insulin are you taking? If you're taking insulin you should have been given guidence on how to spot and treat hypos. 70 is probably the bottom line, anything under 4mmol/l is hypo and 70mg/dL equates to 3.9mmol/l.

Have you confirmed the libre read with a finger prick? If so, have a small amount of fast acting sugar.

and keep measuring untill your number has raised again , I think you should phone some emergency-line if you have a number and get their advice on it too right now.

I understand chocolate is not very good to treat hypo's with, unfortunately. I, too, love chocolate and would love to have chocolate to treat hypo's, ie an excuse to enjoy chocolate without feeling guilty However, because chocolate contains fat, it will be processed more slowly in the gut, hence not the best for treating hypo's.

Best to use is a glucose solution, ie sugar in water, squash or cup of tea etc. Jelly Babies are very useful too, particularly as they have a stable amount of glucose in each. I think around 10gms glucose each Jelly Baby so 5 of them is 50 gms. They'll act more quickly than chocolate - but just don't taste quite the same. They taste good to me, though. I don't go hypo these days as off meds, I have to add

It's half that. 1 jelly baby has about 5g of carbs.

Many thanks, @catapillar, for correcting me. I had meant to suggest I might need to be corrected so I'm pleased you have. I felt '0' and '5' came into it somewhere, ie easy to calculate etc
