2019 Nov - Glipizide 1.75mg (1/4 tab) am and pm. Good numbers (except for recent blip!!!)
Update: July 2018 - Lost total 20 Kgs Still more to go
Oops!!! March 2018 - Back on Glipizide 5 mg twice a day as 'fell off wagon' and now getting back on track. Hope to reduce Glipizide again, and then stop, in due course...
Spring 2017 - No longer taking Glipizide
Spring 2017 - discovered Vit B12 deficient [likely due to Metformin and antacids long-term!]
Self-injecting B12 - feeling great now!!!
Diet - 'Reduced' Carbs/ Increased Fats and lost 18Kgs so far. Still more to lose
Metformin 1gm x twice a day; Glipizide (10mg before breakfast; 5mg before evening meal), as from 10 Nov 2016
Type 2 / Dx 2009
