I have changed the title for you and so it can stay where it is @Loola27Thank you for the replies what section would I be better off posting it on please?
Hi LooLa27, I hope you will get some help soon, keep smiling and remain strong and positive, hello everyone, I do hope to get some support and advice from some of you on here, il try and keep my intro short as not to bore you all to sleep zzz lolI'm 27 and in February 2013 I made a decision to have a gastric bypass, I have gone on to lose around 10 stone (although I'm still quite chunky) and I got my first job in around 6 years yay me for the last 9-12 months I've been experiencing "low blood sugars" and seemingly progressively getting worse and more frequent, lowest iv been is 1.2 and I went in to like a sleep coma. Iv had an appointment with endocrinologist who basically suggested reversal of my operation and that he didn't want to comment further or see me anymore as he didn't feel qualified with hypos and the bypass, referred me back to my surgeon who has said he will reverse my op in 3-4 months! In the mean time my doctor has signed me off work and work feel I'm a risk to be there. Most days I feel very unwell and tired. Been given arcabose but didn't see any improvement, now iv been basically left to just get on with it and I just wondered if there is any other tests medication or help I could be getting!? Anyway lots more to the story but il keep it there for now hope you're all still awake haha .

Hi thanks very much for that, no warning prior, all my surgeon said in June was its a very unusual illness/symptoms in people unless they had diabetes before surgery.Hi @Loola27
I found an article that suggests there are people who experience your symptoms 2 -3 years after surgery. and it is a recognised complication.
This article also suggests some possible treatments. Were you warned about this prior to surgery?

If you google, "hypos after gastric surgery" you will find a lot of articles.
Do keep us up to date with what is happening and I wish you well.
