False, patronising people who assume they know everything about me!
Maybe nothing....just had a morning BM of 3.8 but no symptoms whatsoever...I feel totally 'normal'. Should I be concerned? I have had lower readings way in the past but not recently....
 
Congratulations Sue, absolutely fantastic reading and perfectly normal unless you are taking medication that can force your level to go too low, insulin or gliclazide for example.
If you are on metformin, it doesn't work in the same way as other more aggressive drugs and is not usually associated with low blood sugar.
