Low Carb and Cardio

Wow that looks like really tight control. Did this happen coz you burnt a lot of calories?

No its controlling the calories intake to low carbs doing approx an hour of cardio 6 days a week and adding Creatine before and after gym.
This has enabled me to reduce my medication from three metformin two glicicide and bad control to two metformin and great control. It took approx three months of experimenting training times and calorie intakes.
