As a result of low carbing blood chemistry is believed to change. Is there any extant studies that show changes do take place. Perhaps done by blood test results rather than less factual evidence?
Thanks
Derek
Thank you and breathe, your sodium has stayed steady. It is good your potassium has gone up your bp will obviously be better than it was? The potassium probably reflects a good diet and lower insulin production?
Some claim their sodium goes down on low carbing but one needs the bloods to see possible causes.
many thanks

My BP is better than at diagnosis, yes, although I get terrible White Coat Syndrome to cloud the issue sometimes!
Interestingly, I was going to point out the set of scores with the asterisk by the date, as bloods I had done overseas, in a tropical climate, but actually, it made no difference!
I spend a substantial part of the heat in the Tropics, so I would be more likely to put any variances down to hydration levels, although I have, generally (!) got that cracked these days with a serious water regime.
Interestingly, I have applied a trend line to each line of my cumulative results and I'm pretty much flat lining on most things these days.
