I use either Keto king bread or Giancarlo Caldesi's sesame seed buns. Keto king uses just 2 eggs and is a yeast bread using wheat gluten, oat bran and flaxseed. 2.2 gms carbs per slice. I make this in a bread machine and Giancarlo Caldesi' sesame bread bun recipe uses almond flour and psyllium husk and 2 eggs and is a soda bread. 2.2 gms carbs per bun. I tend to miss the sesame seeds out. (I have had non diabetics asking me for the recipe for these)

I've also substituted the flaxseed in the keto king bread for lupin flour and found the texture and taste ok as well.
