You may have already seen the recipe for low carb bread just Google mums bread the recipe is as follows
4 eggs
1 cup of Flax
3 tablespoons of water
1/2 cup of almonds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions mix all dry ingredients then all wet ingredients combine the two and whisk empty the contents into a 1ib loaf tin and put into a cold oven bake for 30 minutes at 200c
and that's it I make 4 at a time put them in zip lock bags and freeze them if using a hot oven bake for 20 to 25 minutes only this bread has the consistency of a cake
It is delicious and healthy with no grains used whatsoever
I buy the whole flax and grind enough for my recipe in my coffee grinder which only takes a few seconds grinding your own flax seeds is better then buying ground flax which is more expensive and less healthy this bread is great spread with butter and marmite cheese is also good with a spring onion to hand
try it you will love it and you won't feel guilty eating it
