Hi :) I'm organising a buffet for a wake and would like some food there that I can eat, and my uncle is also T2. I low carb, and I think that my uncle follows the NHS's advice, as last time i saw him he was telling me that I can eat what I like, so long as i have it in moderation. I've asked for chicken wings, cocktail sausages & cold meats, but is there anything else (easy finger food) I could ask for? I doubt that I'll want to eat vegetable sticks. I dont usually want to eat them normally lol. I'm ok preparing my meals but when it comes to buffet/finger food i'm a bit stumped. I witght ask for some wraps, cut up into slices as well as sandwiches as they will be filling and feel like you're eating a decent amount for the 'cost' of one wrap. I can't take the mick either cost or preparation wise as the pub we're holding it in have said they will do the food for free.
