Yesterdays lunch was 4chipolata sausages and veg (carrots broccoli mushrooms and peas)
Tea was a turkey and boiled egg salad.
I nibbled on some almonds and Brazil nuts throughout the day.
I think you are right regarding the meds, might reintroduce the metformin and see if that helps
