Been type 2 for over 2 years,on 4 Metformin and 1 injection of Victoza per day.For the past 3 weeks have cut out bread, potatoes, rice and pasta from my diet.
I have lost about 7-8lbs but have been suffering from really loose bowels, when I have to go,I have to go!
Any Suggestions

Well done on the weight loss, that's brilliant. As for the bowels, in addition to cutting out/down on carbs you must watch that you are eating enough fibre, so you need to replace the bread/pots/rice and pasta with other veggies and some fruit that contain plenty of fibre. You also need to keep up the fluid intake, especially in the case of diarrhoea or you will quickly get dehydrated. Make sure you have about 2 litres a day at least.

Metformin can cause bowel problems have you been on them for long? the SR version is kinder ask your GP for them if you are not on these
