Bad manors, exercising, not being able to eat what i want, being skint, getting up.
Just about got the food worked out, now what can i drink. At the moment i have coffee and water. What else is there.

Dee.

I prefer tea. There are those that say there is too much caffeine in tea and coffee but tea is one thing I am not giving up!Some also drink soya milk although I have not tried that.

I like soya milk but not the unsweetened type. Is there a squash or juice or something?

Hi Dee,

Fruit juice and squash are both very high in sugar. The diet versions of fizzy drinks generally don't harm your ability to regulate blood sugars.

Robinsons " no added sugar " appear very low in carbs.Typically the concentrate contains between 1 to 2 grams of carbs/100ml.Considering you dilute it 1 to 4 with water, then a glass will have very little in the way of carbs.

Drink LOTS of cold water. Very very good for you. I also have the occasional sugar free squash.
