this popped up on my Diet Doctor and my local newsfeed - it looks really good with lots of fun, music, low carb demos, talks by th Unwins - lots of stalls with delicious local food - it's a beautiful place as well - loving that the message is getting into the backwaters lol

I can't recall where you are in the country, lovinglife; are you thinking of going?

I'm in Cumbria - I would love to go, but it all depends on carers for my son - I only get 6hr a month funded so any extra is £14 an hour which makes things like this a very expensive day out! Going to try though - maybe just do the day though I would love to do the evening as well
