Low carb food company flour

Has anyone used this flour from the low carb food company for anything other than bread or pizza making? I tried it in crumble which seemed ok but I think it is much lighter than normal flour so suspect less is needed if substituting for normal flour in recipes.

Any experiences would be helpful.

I have emailed the company as well.
