Hi there can anyone suggest low carb mral olan, i have uncontrolled blood sugars and maybe low carb fan hrlp me control it hopefully

Hi @Clefto.Plank have a look at the forums thread "Low Carb Diet" also "what have you eaten today" They will help you. How high are your blood sugars?

I mostly eat home cook foods but not that healthy because there's no veggies on them. My blood sugar ranges from 100 - 250
