low carb frozen yogurt recipe?

With the advent on summer, one thing I will really miss is ice cream. Was thinking I could try and make some sort of frozen yogurt using a natural yogurt (or soya) yougurt and some berries mixed in. Does anyone have a recipe for something like this?
 
Sorry no recipe,
but Lidl do have a frozen yogurt that's fairly low carb.
 
Woo-hoo, do you know where from? I'm thinking that with the melt factor will need to be an actual shop rather than an online thing
 
Easy peasy.

1. Buy ice cream maker
2. Buy yogurt of choice
3. Put 2 in 1 and follow instructions of 1 = frozen yogurt

Thanks, I get that - was wanting to jazz it up a bit with some flavour though and wondering if anyone had any recipes, if not, I will experiment! :D
 
How about adding some pureed berries and sweetener? Or some sugar free syrups and crushed nuts? I think the one I may try is fresh vanilla and a few bits of finely chopped dark chocolate.

Ice cream is good especially during summer season. Then, you should try to make some sort of frozen yogurt using a natural yogurt and some berries mixed in. You should read a recipe book or visit to any recipe website to get the recipe of that ice cream.
 
I love the Walls "Twister" lollies. They do a vanilla and chocolate one with a kind of toffee ice cream in the middle - delicious!!! The mini ones are about 5g carbs/40 Kcal and really hit the spot!

I buy the big ones for my husband and the mini ones for me (and he still can't stop at just one!)

Iceland and Tescos definitely sell them although they tend to be popular and sell quick - we buy in bulk! :)
