Right when the holiday season begins I've never actually included Christmassy foods (so all of December) in low carb thoughts. Me too. I've turned things around from weight loss stalling for 8wks (started with halloween trests) to losing again and perfect bgs. I'm going to enjoy xmas day with treats but no more treats now, maybe for life. I'm starting to shift my view from treats to low carb alloweds attitude!
