Is that the one that was free then cost money and was about 130g carb daily?
What about the men...Hello ladies.

Just want to check - low carb is still 130g or under a day?Hello ladies.
Were you diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? Are you experiencing improved health such as reduced medication, weight loss as or even type 2 diabetes remission a result of following the Low Carb Program? Help spread the word!
We are looking for Low Carb Program success stories to be interviewed as contributors for a feature in the Daily Mail Good Health section. If you are currently on the Program, or have completed the Program within the last 18 months our press office would love to hear from you.
A £50 fee will be paid by the Daily Mail to contributors.
If you are interested in being included, please send me a PM.
Many thanks.
(Let's not get into the remission/cured/excellent control here. This isn't what the thread is about. Thanks!)

Thanks, it seems I am eligible so will have a think. I used the Low Carb Programme for about a year when I first joined over 7 years ago and it got me back on normal blood sugars within weeks.Let's not deflect this thread, but as I understand it, an accepted definition of LC is 130gr or lower per day
I queue behind Tipetoo and ask why gender discrimination? Thanks for your interest, Tipetoo, but for this particular piece, they're looking for ladies.
