I get a swimmy head when I'm short on salt. It was Boro who pointed me in the direction of more salt when I was feeling wavy. I'm not so bad now but part of my bloods on Monday will be to test for sodium deficiency. I'm also hoping the low carbing has improved my iron levels given the amount of greens we eat now - we sub steamed green veggies for rice, pasta & spuds. I hadn't thought about it being connected with lethargy though. I have been feeling very tired too, but we've been low carbing for four months so I thought I was over the change-over period. Glad your thyroid is normal Becca. But then they told me mine was normal for 7 years and it wasn't. It's a case of 'define normal' Ju
