Wow, just seen this casually mentioned in another thread. Looks great. Bit expensive but sometimes......
 
A lot of the stuff they sell is also available on Amazon or EBay.
 
I haven't looked at Low Carb Megastore yet, thanks will compare prices.

I think shopping around is really essential. I use mysupermarket.co.uk to compare standard prices in supermarkets and find offers plus I trawl around on the Internet. I'm always always looking for the best prices on organic, gluten free and low carb stuff.
