My dinnerplate usually consists of a lot of caulti, cabbage or brussels, a carrot, frozen peas, a small piece of meat or chicken thigh and a small portion of plain gravy. I dont count the carb value in cauli, cabbage, brussels but do in frozen peas and gravy.</p></blockquote><p></p>
