the soya flour is sort of yellow in colour and a bit nutty in flavour and very good for muffins and cakes especially. However, it has no stretchiness so for a bread dough it needs some gluten added, but for the frying pan pizza it is ok on its own. I have made bread with it solely and it turned very crumbly and slicing was impossible really.
Hi saz1 I bought some soya mince(couldn’t get soya flour) ground it down and made pizza base with it
Had difficulty spreading it out so it was too thick
How do you do it please?

I used a chicken breast as my pizza base the other day and loved it
I just bashed the breast flat and pan fried until cooked then topped with passata and cheese and pepperoni - lovely
