In the health section of this web page we are asked for our current hba1c but when I correctly input mine as 6.1 I get a message that minimum figure is 8. Does this mean that those of us who have reduced our figure purely by eating less of all the same foods would not benefit from fewer high spikes in blood glucose levels if they follow the programme?

Scotsdude - Sorry you're having issues. Are you using the App or the website? Funnily enough I downloaded the app this evening (I've been a member since it launched, showing how long I've been around!). My HbA1c is 30 and I was able to input that.

Could you please send a very brief email to [email protected] and I'll ensure you get some support with it.

In your email, could you please include the email address you use for the LC Programme and any user name you use on there? Please don't give your password, nobody but you needs that.

Hi
You are trying to input a percentage HbA1c of 6.1 % which is the "old" way of looking at it.
The current measurement is in mmol/m and your 6.1% translates into 43.2 mmol/mwhich is just in the pre diabetes range.
You can convert here
