MrCeleriac found a pile of cookbooks in a corner of his study, which we had bought secondhand from Oxfam and forgotten about. So I went through them, looking for suitable Low Carb recipes. Some may need a little tweaking eg subbing a different flour or vinegar but here's quite a few from Gary Rhodes' books, Rhodes Around Britain, Open Rhodes, Rhodes At The Table etc

May be worth photocopying some recipes in the library, buying in a charity shop..
