Can't find the recipe right now (but I'm sure I've posted it here before!) but basically you stick some cooked chicken in a blender with some mozrella cheese, then press it into a baking tin, and cook for about 15 mins. take it out of the tin, bang it on a tray with some sauce + cheese + toppings in the oven for for 10mins and your done.
I have tried this. It was nice. You only need a 7" pizza and it fills you up nicely. Hold it's shape, and can be eaten with your hands.

An alternative would be pizza toppings without the base.. just puta ll the toppings on a baking sheet and melt together in the oven.. or alternatively "fathead pizza"Thanks for this

It's 18 g Carbs for the base but I only had half so that's 9 g
