I have tried numerous low carb scone recipes and I never get them to rise.
Does anyone have a good recipe?

I’ve tried this recipe. American biscuits are similar to UK scones. With the addition of grated cheese and some grated cheese on top they make a passable cheese scone. I intend to havea go at a sweet one as well but haven’t done it yet.
