Low carb side effects

Hello!
Doing well so far with getting carbs right down and bg is already showing huge improvement in around a month.
My question is simply- what side effects did you notice when starting?
Last time I was going low carb properly, I was also coping with stupidly high bg and I think that masked the low carb side effects.
So far I can blame a couple of days of incredibly grumpiness and a bad headache at the same time and this week muscle aches (not cramps had that at diagnosis) on low carb.
Anything else people noticed??

Weight loss!
Oh, and I had some strange sensation, like feeling water running up my legs, and blurry eyes. All passed within weeks, except the weight loss which has remained (happily so!).
I don't think they are side effects of low carbing, but of the sugar being ousted.

Check you have enough fluids on board. Carbs hold water. Without them we feel dehydrated easily. We usually find a new balance after a few weeks. This can also cause constipation .

When you increase fluids as a result of the above you may flush out electrolytes more quickly. This can cause headaches, muscle aches and even some heart palpatations. Check you are eating (or taking) enough sodium, calcium, magnesium and potassium especially. Bringing these levels back up can resolve the problems really fast.
