I keep promising to make some myself but the kale always ends up in soup or frittata.

Ooh interesting! Just googled these - low carb and on their vegan list which is great. But at two quid a wee bag I think my plan will be to try them then attempt to make them (kale, cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon zest, salt and pepper)
