Low Carb Studies

I'm pleasantly amazed that Medscape have picked up on Eric Westman.

Their CME (Continuing Medical Education) papers are usually sort of just behind the leading edge and generally written by experts in their field and are "what every doctor should know". They do have a tendency to concentrate on medication so this is an outstanding change, and should be seen by many doctors.

The Medscape writeup was unequivocally positive, but can't you hear the sound minds closing as soon as sceptical eyes get to the part that says 'research funded by the Atkins Foundation'?

I wish the Atkins Foundation only had the good health of the worlds population at the heart of their motives, like all those huge pharmaceutical companys and grain producers.... :cry:
