I guess it depends what you want. As I understand it, the low carb program takes quite a structured approach and offers some peer support via online meet-ups, so if that interests you it’d likely be a good investment.
On the other hand if it’s food ideas, recipes or some kind of informal accountability, I’d suggest you can get that for free via this forum - particularly the low carb section - and also from the Diet Doctor website. That also has a paid subscription option, but you can get what you need for free.
