When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
I was following low carb diet for a good while with very good results, Then I changed jobs and my husband took over the cooking, so I was gradually back to eating carbs again, But now I've retired I have decided to take back control again and follow a low carb diet. I was wondering if paying a subscription for the Low Carb program would be a good idea? Any advice would be most helpful, thanks.

I guess it depends what you want. As I understand it, the low carb program takes quite a structured approach and offers some peer support via online meet-ups, so if that interests you it’d likely be a good investment.

On the other hand if it’s food ideas, recipes or some kind of informal accountability, I’d suggest you can get that for free via this forum - particularly the low carb section - and also from the Diet Doctor website. That also has a paid subscription option, but you can get what you need for free.

Thanks @Goonergal I found lots of info on the Diet Doctor site, via a link here. Has given me the push in the right direction.
