Low Carb V Not Low Carb

I think type 2's perform their own little miracles every day by eating low carb!
 
The type 2's really need respect that achieve the Vlc carb diet and get them selves into the keytonic state. I've always said i take my hat off to them.

Me im 2.5 weeks into it atm. Keytones are running at 1.1 glucose is the stablest ive seen in 3 years for me im not doing it for weight loss trying to alter fate really.
No more 4 units in the morning to stabilize for the morning +4 units for a couple slices of toast for breakie.

So it's changing the fuel im running on which might be the difference.
