I'm low carbing and losing weight, but in low carbing I do eat a lot less than before so who can say which thing is taking the weight off ? I intend to increase my carbs a little in 2 months or 11lbs when I'll be happy with my weight, I've lost 3stone3lb so far and bmi is 24.9 which I'm happy about, but one thing is for sure low carbing is awesome for bg, I am between 3 and 5 all the time now, if I eat a slice of burgen bread or similar I'm 7-8 for just one slice, so low carbing is great IMHO I will be watching my carbs forever now, I'm between 20-30 now but eventually want to eat as many as I can to keep weight off and bg down, all a big experiment
