I'm not much use at advising on snacks because it is something I have never done. If I do feel a bit peckish between meals I have a cup of tea or a coffee with double cream, and I drink loads of water all day. That is one thing that is important on low carb diets - plenty of water. I just have my 3 meals a day and that is it and always has been.
Thanks.. I'm still baffled by it all as I've always tried to stick to low fat and now it's low carb high fat.. usually wen I needed a snack I'd have a rice cke or ryvita with cottage cheese I'm struggling with the snack thing x
Small portion of cheese. The individually wrapped ones are good to take out in your bag when going out. Nuts, celery sticks with cream cheese or peanut butter, olives, yogurt.
