I been told to try the low carb diet as my sugar level are rising after 3 weeks my level are alot lower but the weight just don't fall off, I'M a very fussy eater and don't like rice pasta and most things on the low carb diet any ideas would be great.

What do you like? Rice and pasta are not low carb. There's lot of green veg that's LC as well as meat, fish, cheese and eggs.
Weight loss does not happen quickly.
