Low Carbing and Indian Food

Many thanks for this, I think I may need to start looking at Saag dishes and I have never made paneer but maybe the time is coming .... but I will miss that crispy crunch I fear but maybe it is something I will have to accept

Seems to use parmesan with the ground almonds, perhaps this gives extra crunch?
