what is the best amount of carbs to have in a day for type 1 diabetic? or is it different for everyone depending on how active you are or how much you weight etc? at the minute i eat quite a bit, bread, chips etc.. but i still only require a small amount of insulin to tackle what i eat. im 5''3 and wiegh 8''10 so is this down to my small frame? hmm.. slightly confused by it all?
